  Mr. Dean was amazing. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. He was out here in less than an hour and fixed it immediately. I am a widow, and had no idea what the issue was. He could have told me I need a whole new HVAC and I would not have been the wiser. It was a small part, he had it fixed within 30 minutes. He is honest and professional. I highly recommend his services.

  This review is LONG overdue. A few months ago, I had our 20 year old hot water heater replaced. At first, I called a "BIG" name group to come out to replace it. When they arrived, they were not wearing a mask correctly, and provided me with an insane rate to replace and install. I called Bill Dean, and was instantly impressed with his customer service. He brought me a quote that was under what the “BIG” name group gave. Bill was honest, and told me straight forward what I was dealing with to replace and install. He arrived at my home on time, protected my furniture and carpets, and wore a mask the entire time. He did the entire installation in a day. He was amazing! I would absolutely 100% hire Bill again, and unquestionably refer him to anyone who is having a plumbing need.

  Bill Dean put in a new heating/air conditioning unit in our home several years back and we would just like to say that we were totally satisfied with his total professionalism and thorough work ethic. His attention to detail was beyond our expectations. We would 100% recommend Mr. Dean for any of your mechanical needs. He is always very prompt in responding to our calls for service, which is another plus in this day and age.
