  Bill was amazing! He showed up on time, was super-friendly, and he really knew his stuff! He performed a very professional installation of my water heater. He got my plumbing up to code, and was very particular about how everything looked when he was finished. I feel very grateful to have made the choice to use Bill Ray Services.

  Responded on the day we needed him to restore our hot water. After hours work was timely, efficient and successful. Checked back later to see if water heater worked. Great customer service

  I cannot recommend Bill Ray services enough!! I called him for a difficult task of taking out cabinets and installing brand new appliances in their place. They needed electrical wiring and new plumbing put in place. Bill went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly. He gave me worst case and best case scenarios about the difficult task at hand, which I greatly appreciated! Of course, he is great at what he does and he was done with the job in even less time than he predicted! He is honest, a hard worker, and great at communication. He even followed up the day after to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks so much for your hard work!
