  Dave was great - he looked at the drain first, trying to understand the cause of the backup and was not able to reproduce it. I asked him to snake the drain in case there was something in there blocking it and he was able to quickly pull out two handfuls of long black hair. The drain flowed must better after that. I was very happy with the results and how professional, friendly and responsive Dave was on the job. Great work! - Thanks, -Chris

  Our technician Alex was great with installing our new hot water tank. He came across a few issues but worked through them and did not leave until the job was finished. Thank you Alex for getting us back up and running we appreciate it. Great job!

  Terrific company with very knowledgeable sales and technical staff. Went over options and answered most my questions before asking. Installation crew were super friendly, did quality work keeping me apprised of installation progress throughout the project. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves daily. The Daiken 5 head/whole hose mini-split is working great for heating only occupied rooms. Amazing! Looking forward to a comfortable, cool house in the summer. Highly recommend Bill Trombly!
