  Wanted to hire them for a 200 Amp service upgrade. Had them come out on April 5th 2021 for the estimate and explicitly asked if the work can be completed in the from 04/22 - 04/30. I was assured it could. Filled out the form for Xcel Energy for them to upgrade the service but nothing ever happened. 05/07 I finally called Xcel and they told me they never received any work order for the address. When confronting Billings he was extremely rude, told me it was not my job to do and that I should just look for someone else if I wanted the job done fast. If you can't do the job in the period of time requested by your client let them know in advance.
