  If I could give this place zero stars I would! Biggest joke of a place I have ever seen. Absolute worst experience ever! So much went wrong with this place I wont even get into dept with it all. 1:they take your insurance cards and then dont give them back. Then takes months for them to send them back to you. 2: dont inform you that they do not take out of state Medicaid. 3: make you wait hours to be seen with a newborn. 4: send your bill off to collections even when you set up a payment plan. 4: say you never set up a payment plan and say they have never recieved a payment when they have and you can prove they cashed the check with your bank account. 5: employees are incompetent and dont know what they are doing Dont waste your time or money at this place

  ER is a joke, there’s a reason there’s “never a wait” because everyone jumps on the 15 and goes either direction 30 minutes for better care. Nothing like a child being sent home after a doc barely looks at him and says “there’s nothing I can do”… then within 24 hours being admitted into another hospital with the same high fever, ear infection, and viral pneumonia. Maybe they should do their job like someone’s life depends on it, oh wait, it does.

  I will never go here again. I've been having complications with blood clots in my arm. I would've went to Pocatello which I have been doing but due to long waiting to get in people suggested i go to Bingham. So I went to Bingham to be seen quicker in case the blood clot was worsening and get immediate care. Staff was great but as soon as the doctor came in he asked me what was going on. I explained the situation and he goes off on me and gets mad at me for coming into Bingham and said I was irresponsible and accused me of not listening to my provider and accused me of hospital hopping and using the administration. Iam 19 weeks pregnant and blood clots are nothing to take lightly. I come in for help and I get scolded and put down. All of my health care providers told me to go into the ER if my arm got worse and that's all I did. I immediately got up and was leaving and as I was leaving he told me if I left I can't come back and they won't help me. I told him I didn't need to be treated that way and talked down to. I left sobbing. This doctor is a horrible man to treat a patient like this. I WILL not be returning here and I will encourage others not to as well.
