  Mr. Birdwell answered a call to replace ballast and tubes in my kitchen light fixture. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. I have recommended him to my Cascade neighbors and will call him again. Excellent service!

  Really nice guy! I was having an issue with a non-working outlet and he walked me through how to fix it over the phone. He probably could have charged me to come and fix it and I would have never been the wiser. But he was so helpful and everything was back up and working in about 5 minutes!
