I do not recommend.. takes forever for them to show up. They did a really sloppy job they behaved very unprofessional at my home and when they was done doing their job they overcharged me because they had to wait a few minutes for me to try to find a checkbook they overcharge on the first bill to begin with. Then charges me an extra 50 dollars because it took me a few min to find the check book. When I complained about that charge and for parts we didn’t ask for or need , their response was to tell me to never call them again. This is a very bad business.. call someone else.

      Response from the owner

We worked on their marijuana grow house replacing a exhaust fan. The Claytons never paid the electrician or plumber that initially constructed their building. Knowing this we demanded payment when the work was completed. We waited over an hour for payment. They finally contacted our office and gave credit card info. The cussed the person taking the info.

I would NOT recommend Bishop Electrics service to anyone in the surrounding area. No customer should be subject to disregard and irresponsible delays when it’s costing them money to waiting on a service! After calling and speaking with the owner of Bishop Electric, he suggested I call my electrical provider to ensure the problem was not with my provider. I contacted the secretary of Bishop Electric to making arrangements for a technician to come out after finding out the issue was in the wiring coming into my home around 08:45 that morning. I took the day off from work worried my house could catch fire, which cost me $300 dollars a day. I waited for Bishop Electric to show up, no one came, and I called again around eleven o’clock the same day. The secretary told me she hadn’t heard from the technicians and that they would be out when they called in. Around 2 o’clock that same day my wife called after she arriving home for her appointments and spoke with the secretary of Bishop Electric, asking If anyone was going to come out to our house. The secretary said, their working in a ditch at a nursing home and they’re not going to crawl out of that ditch to come to your house. My wife said, how are you supposed to keep customers if you don’t pass along the information to the technicians and asked if we need to call someone else? When the secretary became rude and said if you want electricity you do and hung up on her. I then called and asked the secretary if she had hung up on my wife? She called her boss who is one of the technicians working in the ditch while I was on the phone as I heard her tell him I was yelling at her. He said, he had my cell and would call me back. It’s now around 2:30 in the afternoon and I received a call from the owner, he asked for instructions to my house and said he would send someone out. Five minutes later he called back and made accusations about my wife’s conversation with his secretary and said get someone else were not coming out. The entire issue was because of the failure of the secretary of Bishop Electric to pass along my initial calls to her boss after I had check with my electrical provider and in order to deflect fault her laziness to do her job and disregard for a customer, and her rude attitude towards a customer. I would not recommend Bishop Electrics service to anyone in the surrounding area. No customer should be subject to disregard and irresponsible delays when it’s costing them money to waiting on a service.

We had a 120 bed nursing home with no power. We put all our employees on this project. We consider this an emergency with top priorities. We are very sorry for any problems this caused for this you. Jimmy Bishop
