  I've had them to my house for repairs twice. Both times they were courteous, professional, and reasonably priced.

  We did a buildout on our garage last fall. The "head electrician" wrote the electrical plans for the garage out on a napkin. Ultimately, his guys mounted the outlets in the wrong spot so the drywall wouldn't fit correctly. They then assumed they could charge me more to fix them or suggested I adjust the drywall installation to compensate for the borked outlets. Luckily I had a contractor who rectified the situation without extra charges. Figured I'd give them another shot and tried calling them to install a couple outlets on my back patio. The person on the phone couldn't seem schedule a future date for the installation cause he doesn't know what his electricians will be doing then? He told me he would just call me someday and see if I was available for the installation.... 1 star for the incredibly strange and unprofessional experience. I've heard good things but not worth the effort to have Bison do anything for me again.
