  Technician didn’t show at our first appointment then was late at the next, without a phone call. We paid over $130 to just have the unit looked at, nothing done whatsoever. We were also told the owner of Bison would be coming by to look at our unit and give us a quote. It’s been 2 weeks and we haven’t heard anything from anyone. Poor customer service!!

  Sorry that you feel that way But you called us for a services call to check your unit since it was not working, And we charge for that service and this is what the 130 was for. the service technician should have given you the quote onsite for the new unit you need, I did not need to come check your unit after the technician was already there doing so . Again sorry you feel this way
