So glad we discovered Black Diamond Experts for home repairs, service, and advice. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional but friendly, considerate and responsive. They represent what is important to us in a service company - quality, reasonable prices, excellent service, responsiveness, professional yet home-town friendly. Wish I had written down the names of the people I spoke to when I called. They've been terrific, as have those who have come to the house and provided the services we've needed. We'll continue to call Black Diamond when we need help. Thanks for caring enough to provide excellent customer service!

Was able to get an appointment for an outdoor floodlight estimate within a week. Came out and gave me a thorough estimate. Had an appointment within 2 weeks. Todd completed the work within 2.5 hours. The work was done within the time and price just as was explained. He was polite, kind and professional. Very happy with the experience. My sensor floodlight is super bright and looks like has always been there on my house.

Greg was my technician and I really appreciated his professionalism and the time he took to explain things. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I really learned a lot from his two visits. He was also very accommodating with my work schedule which was greatly appreciated! Having issues with a furnace in winter is a little stressful, so I also appreciate how quickly they were able to take care of the issue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace or HVAC services (especially Greg), and I expect they would be just as great with plumbing and electric as well! I will definitely be a return customer for any future services they offer.
