  We have worked with Phil on several jobs with huge success. Phil is an excellent electrician and even better lighting designer. His lighting lab is a must visit for anyone looking to upgrade the lighting in their home. I have visited several homes with great lighting, and each time I inquire who designed it, each time it was Phil Blosser.
