  The job was done well. Unfortunately despite two verbal estimates at the beginning and end of the job again to confirm costs, the final bill was $600 over the estimate. In accessing the electrical panel in my bedroom, they had to move a small table and lamp and broke my lampshade. Leaving everything askew upon departure. It may seem like a small thing but in terms of professionalism I was let down. I was too trusting, good business practice: always get a written estimate.
