They do not care about their account holders. My home was just built and I swore I had set it up on auto draft, as I always do. This did not get completed and needless to say they could care less and couldn’t waive a late fee as a one-time courtesy to a new account holder. That’s pretty sad considering you’re a co-op and owned by your members. I cannot wait to vote all your greedy, corrupt board members out of their seats. Sadly they are the monopoly. This customer can’t wait to blanket his roof in solar and his garage with batteries even with your non-existent buybacks. It’s going to be that much more enjoyable taking whatever revenue I can out of your pockets. Bianca is the un-empathetic representative I spoke with. “Sorry we don’t care enough to help you, your bill is two days past due. I suggest you pay that or we will….” I understand what happens if things aren’t paid, genius. Try focusing on providing uninterrupted energy services and customer support. I’ve only lost power 4 times in 3 months.

worst company holding an expensive monopoly over their customers heads!!! been being screwed by bluebonnet electricity for over 10 years they waaayyyy overcharge and provided the slowest customer response of any company i have ever had to pay. last year i lost over 15,000 dollars bc of their issues already at a 400 dollar loss this year guess i will wait and let it rack up then hire a lawyer to sue them to get SOME of my money back from their irresponsible behaviors...

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Consistently change their due date to collect a constant stream of late fees from their customers. Shame on you.
Response from the owner
Mr. George, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We value all feedback from our members, both positive and negative as an opportunity to improve our service. We are disappointed to learn that you had an experience that led to a 1-star review. Bluebonnet bills are only due Monday through Friday, so members can get help from Bluebonnet with their bill and make payments at the drive-through or member service center lobby on their due date. So, you're due date will vary each month, but will always be around the same day. We can also change your due date to fall around a different time of the month, or always fall after a certain day, too. We offer a day grace period following your due date before charging a late fee, to help members avoid late fees. I'd like to talk to your more about your experience. Could you please contact me via email at [email protected]? Thanks, Alyssa.
