  Whoever answers the phone in the Wamego office is very rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. Unfortunately we don’t have a choice to choose another electronic company, otherwise I would change companies in a heartbeat! They over charge and the electric is spotty. They even made a mistake on our bill, over charged us almost $100…. that isn’t a little mistake! I am so frustrated with them…. Sadly the only nice employees, are the maintenance guys, that have had to come out and fix issues on our property.

  So far, good. Deposit was cheaper than the city next door and the ladies at desk were all very nice and far from rude. Sign up was easy with option to run credit for cheaper deposit. Just signed up so can't say much about rates right now

  A coop, yes, but still expensive and deposit fees are outrageous. Receptionists are generally rude and abrasive.
