  We called Bob Hamilton because our washing machine was backing up and spilling water on our floor. They came out very quickly, and the technician, Chris was very professional and nice. We also got lots of calls updating us on when the technician would be out from Jamie, who was so helpful and nice as well. However, beyond the incredibly nice and professional team members we worked with, I was pretty disappointed in the end result. Long story short, the solution suggested to us did not fix the issue. We paid over $700, and still are having the exact problem that causes us to call Bob Hamilton in the first place. We’ll have to have another company come out and resolve the issue. I wish we had known that Bob Hamilton wouldn’t be able to fix our issue. We’re pretty young and it really hurts to lose over $700 and still have to spend money with another company to get the issue fixed. Update: after Bob Hamilton left, we realized that the issue was actually worse, and contacted them. To their credit, they were extremely understanding and responsive, and actually refunded us our money. While I still likely won’t call them again, I am really glad that they treated us right and refunded us when we weren’t happy. Heather, from the customer service team, was so nice and helpful.

  I had Bob Hamilton plumbing come out today to reseat a toilet that was rocking, and have a toilet plunger replaced. I felt it was a bit high for services rendered and received a call from Bob Hamilton within the day and we were able to arrive at a fair price for both parties. Kyle was great at fixing my problem and Chris was very professional. I’ll use them again

  The plumbers were very professional, explained everything, answered all my questions, and let me watch/inspect things. I wanted to learn more about the plumbing issue I was having so I had lots of questions and wanted to see everything to learn. Pleasant, professional, and I felt like they were totally honest. One thing I asked about doing he gave me a quote but was honest and said he doesn't really recommend doing it. I also have this company doing my regular seasonal servicing now. Very pleased. Good family business values and service!
