  We did not have a positive experience. We used them in our new home in 2014 when we built. Our electrical outlets were not working, and we called them back several times to come and fix the issue. After months, they came back to address, replaced several outlets (with no rationale as to what happened) and then charged us. When I told them I would not pay the invoice since I felt it was unethical to charge us, the office assistant hung up and said "we always hear this". It definitely could have been handled with some professionalism and grace. I'd look elsewhere since we did not have a pleasant experience.

  I’ve used Killian Electric for years on new construction, commercial and remodeling projects. They’re very capable and multigenerational.
