  Initial diagnosis call was 3 hours later than quoted with no notice that the tech was running behind, so there is room for improvement on communication. Once he arrived, the tech was able to quickly and accurately identify the issue. The repairman showed me how my furnace broke, explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was able to save me quite a bit of money off the initial estimate and was done ahead of schedule. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Bomar was polite, friendly and professional.

  We called in emergency situation. No heat and temp 11 degrees. They called us back quickly and came out within an hour. Excellent technician, very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my furnace. He thoroughly checked out our furnace and system. He got it going for us and the parts are being ordered. Thank you so much. Great service.

  We are extremely happy with Bomar Heating & Cooling!! The technicians are very helpful and kind - they know how to do their work very well. The office personnel are very pleasant and take the time to listen to our concerns. We especially have appreciated their work to help reduce the heating duct issues/noises we've had since this house was built 2 years ago. We will use them for all HVAC services in the future. Thank you very much!
