  Great customer service, explained everything in detail, showed me damaged and rusted parts, my house is old. His daughter works with him is very knowledgeable and detailed. I will use them again. Receipt given and detailed information. Very happy with their service.

  Very Rude and unprofessional , showed up to my home without a mask on initially , once he grabbed his mask I asked him for a business card to be make sure he was the right person from the business. He then proceeded to point at his van and shout at me his name is on his van like I was one of his children. I asked him his name he didn't identify himself when he arrived, just an overall bad experience and I would give him a 0 star rating if I could!! Terrible service and black owned company!! 0 = Boney's Electric Service. If he wants to challenge this finding the entire encounter was recorded!!
