  • Bonner Electric came down • saw the project • accepted to do it • I followed up with questions over email and phone. • He emailed he’s too backed up to do it now. • I suggested dates. • He made more excuses. • I called him on it. • He admitted he lied and I heard him use the word “effin” (tame version of the word shown here). As a legit customer who wanted some clarification, it was unfortunate he wasn’t happy to answer my questions and then honor his word. HOWEVER, I talked to another company who did do the job, answered any questions, and charged me a good amount less. So, even if I had used Bonner Electric, I’d have overpaid.
