  Honest, punctual, thorough. They came out to do a check on a couple of outlets. We realized that we should upgrade the whole home, it wasn't their idea. They finished their first job, we scheduled for the complete upgrade. They arrived with more workers and did an amazing job. Price was fair. Highly recommend Boss Electric.

  Last year we needed a new circuit breaker panel installed in a mobile home. The original was out dated & starting to burn. Boss electric came out assessed the issue & were going to come back within 2 days, but because I was concerned & worried about a fire having 2 small dogs & having to work, they actually made it a priority & came the next day to replace the whole panel & at the same price I was quoted. 2 days ago we lost half our power & called them at nite, they figured maybe Duke Energy was doing something with upgrades. Told us to call back in morning if we still had a problem. Duke energy came out but because they are not reliable & don’t bother with checking out why there is a problem even though you pay extra every month for that service. So called Boss Electric the next morning & they came out found that it was actually the 220 wire that goes from the electrical box behind our mobile home into our home was the source of half our power loss. They actually made it a priority to come back the next day to do the much needed repair that would have been a 3.5 wk wait. We also paid the same amount they quoted us for, no more & no less. I have had them 2 times do repairs here & I highly recommend them. They are reliable, beyond helpful, professional, courteous, & couldn’t ask for anything more. THANK YOU BOSS ELECTRIC!!!!!!!! Your the best in my book!!!!!! Evgenii & Brendon you guys are amazing & you rock!!!!!!!!!

  When I first called Boss Electric the owner of the company answered the phone. I explained I wanted a generator outlet installed. He clearly explained the installation they would do and why they do it that way, and then he gave me the price over the phone. I had already received 4 estimates from other local companies and this not only was the easiest estimate to get, but It was the least expensive for essentially the same or a better installation. The installers were on time and courteous. Worked quickly and professional. When finished they walked me through the operation and testing of the equipment, made sure I was happy and then cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the quality of the sub panel and the receptacle that they installed. The only area I thought they could do better, is that they did not accept the 10% discount coupon I downloaded from their website, and I was not aware that they charge an extra 3% if you use a credit card for payment. That said, the owner did upgrade and cover the cost of a generator cord for me and that really was something he was not obligated to do. Over all I feel that I received a fair price for work completed, and that is all I really want when hiring any company. I will be calling boss Electric again in the future.
