I have a Generac full home generator and in the middle of the night after Hurricane Ida, it started struggling and making revving noises. The next morning, I tried contacting my service company to no avail. I called Boudreaux's and yes, I imitated the noise my generator was making, lol. Melissa almost immediately suspected what the problem was, double checked to make sure they had the parts, called me back and assured me that someone would be at my home; just couldn't tell me how long. Within an hour or so, Lee arrived and got me up and running again. I cannot express my gratitude for their prompt response and willingness to help. Great people and will use them again and have given their info to all my neighbors. THANK YOU!!!!
