  I spoke to the administrative assistant and the installer was supposed to call me back, give me a price, set up a date and time, but that never happened. This place is totally unresponsive. I even sent pictures to the administrative assistant, as requested, but they never got back to me and every phone call goes straight to voicemail…even after a week of trying to call them to follow up. Being in the AF for almost 30 years, this is just about the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

  I needed to update my 200 amp main switch box due to it being old and way outdated. I called Bowman Electric and we scheduled an appointment to let him look at the work that needed to be performed. Then we scheduled a date and time to do the work. Michael Bowman and his son Austin was very prompt, on time and professional. He had to schedule for GVEC to kill power to do the work. Everything went like clock work and was a nice looking job!Prior to the day of the work I found other work that needed to be done. It was scheduled also. Bowman Electric was awesome and I will call on them again. Their rates were just and I’m glad I found them. Thanks

  My parents and I have used Bowman Electric for many years. We have always been happy with the work done. Work done is always top quality and never over priced. We also appreciate the extra attention that is paid to us and not treated as just another job. Michael is always professional, yet keeping the personal touch with his customers.
