If you call to ask why the roads are not getting mowed and yes they were up to the waist, then they come out and put a sign right in front of your house saying this is a dead end road. That would have been fine except it wasn’t at the start of the road. Then no one is in to help answer your question as to why. Sounds like a little hurt feelings in that office.

In our neighborhood we had a road partially washed away under the pavement. In time it could collapse. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours

They have always been a great help, Great people and what a job they have to keep up with all the washout and road issues. It may take a bit, but they get the job done.
