  Mr. Branson is a lifesaver. He had a full schedule but still made time for us. He explained in a detailed manner how to test for fuses that are blown and was able to help give us an estimate for consolidating and repairing our whole electrical system. He did not try to upsell us or tack on any additional work except for what we urgently needed and were interested in getting done. I was most impressed by his kind manner, and desire to help keep my family safe. A diamond in the rough of Memphis. 10/10 am going to work with again!

  I needed a ceiling fan / light fixture installed in a room with high ceiling (17'). Scott called me (while on vacation, no less!) on Monday morning, proposed a quote that was WAY lower than anyone else had suggested, and had his crew at my house before the end of the day. Shane and Austin, the electricians who installed the fan were incredibly professional and courteous and they completed the work in less than 1-1/2 hour. I showed them another electrical problem I was having in the house and they fixed that free of charge. Based upon this service call, I would recommend Branson for residential work.

  Called from out of state with immediate repair needed, was quick to respond, fair and reasonable, was able to repair rather than need a new line as others had suggested. Would highly recommend. Realtor.
