  Brad does top notch work . . . whatever the job is. He has done several "fixes" for my wife and I since we have lived in this house over 11+ years. Each time he has performed a "perfect" job. If you want someone who can do the work well, and show up when he says he will show up, Brad is the guy for your job.

  I had Brad do my home inspection prior to purchasing it. He was so very thorough and completely forthright. He took pictures of everything and gave an accurate estimate on what it would cost to correct the issues. This accurate information gave me power to negotiate my offer. Of course I had Brad do all my repairs and improvements. There is nothing he can’t do. If you can imagine it, Brad can do it! He has worked on plumbing, electric and carpentry for me. Brad shows up when he says he is going to. He works efficiently and cleans up after himself. I have great confidence in Brad and will never trust anyone else with my home. You will not be sorry if you give him a call. His rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any of your needs!

  Brad is amazing! He was able to come out right away. He works fast and efficiently to get the job done! I highly reccomend him for all your home improvement needs. He came out to fix an electrical issue for us and was very knowledgeable and professional. He has made our house selling experience a little bit easier with all of his help. We are beyond happy with his services and anyone who decides to use him will be too!
