  From start to finish, working with BrightLife Electric was a pleasure...Shannon was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive when I initially reached out about installing an EV charger in our garage. She took me through the process of how this would be done and what it might cost given our set up and did her best to help us save money without compromising safety or quality of the job. She managed to do most of the upfront preparation for all of this through Texts/Emails/Photos. We scheduled the install day and the person she assigned to do the work (William) was equally great to work with and clearly a professional. After reviewing our layout, William took the time to explain our options and was able to install the EV on time and for less than we had expected. We could not be more pleased with BrightLife and we shall definitely be using them in the future. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with...did not disappoint! Thank you Shannon & William!

  Shannon and her team are amazing, I found them on Google, and Shannon was extremely friendly and easy to communicate, before we start the project, she walked me through the process and provided useful suggestions, and the quote she gave us is very reasonable. At first, we hired the electricians to install a bunch of our ceiling lights in the house, they did an excellent job, showed up on time, and the job done quickly. We hired them on other electrical work after then. Highly recommended!

  I called BrightLife to get an electrician to look at the systems of a house we are contracted to buy and to get a bid for the work needed. Shannon was amazing in trying to help during our time sensitive diligence period. She is all about educating and answering questions. She was not able to send anyone out that day but suggested so many different ways she could help. We were able to extend our diligence period and BrightLife came out. She gave me a heads up and answered more questions about issues at the house. I'm so impressed by her communication style and concern for her customer's situation.
