  Anthony was great to work with. He wired our new 3/4 bath. He came out on short notice and was able o squeeze me in his busy schedule. With being a contractor myself you know when you come across a good contractor. Thank you again and looking forward doing it again in the very near future on my new shop.

  The man that came out to the house seemed nice, I think they’re probably just too busy — he mentioned there might be a waitlist — because I never got a response to my initial email query and after I called and had someone out for a consult, we never got a quote or any further contact.

  I apologize that you were left hanging Karen. You certainly should have been contacted once we realized the openings for the squeeze-in list were becoming few and far between.

  I've heard good things about Anthony and his company. I called about a small commercial job. I told Anthony up front and on all subsequent conversations that if he's too busy, just let me know. I totally understand. He said he is busy , but should be able to get to it in a few weeks. That was July 1st. I waited a few weeks , but heard nothing. I contacted Anthony, who responded fairly quickly. Brief update then "I'll have something soon". Two more weeks i heard nothing, contacted him , he responded that he just needs one more "number" to give an estimate.Two more weeks , i heard nothing...etc., etc. Each time I gave him an out.. "I totally understand if you're too busy, just let me know." Each time he said he should be able to get to it in a few weeks. Here I am, over 3 months later, not even an estimate. I'm left with no option but to leave a bad review. I think I've been more than understanding and exceedingly patient.

  Paul, you absolutely were very patient, which we truly appreciate. The problem arose, not with us being able to get to your job, but with the City municipality giving us the information required to proceed and provide an accurate estimate. I contacted them over and over again and could not get them to call me back with the information I needed to proceed. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have been so optimistic that they would surely get back to me shortly. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to get through to them, they have to date still not returned my call. Had I had any inkling that they would be so unresponsive, I would’ve explained more precisely that their response was the only thing we needed to move forward. Again, I am sorry for the delay with us being able to provide the estimate. We wish you the best on your project.
