  I just called the company a few minutes ago! I wanted to see if they had any last minute availability to come out over the next two days, a long shot I know...but who doesn't call around and check anyway? I asked the man who answered the phone if they did, and his response was 'No we do not, and I'm sure it's the same thing everyone else has told you too,' I was taken back but remained calm and told him he should be more polite and that I would let him go. And then he hung up on me. Horrible customer service...I will never give them a chance even if they are available.

  I apologize that your customer service was not a positive experience. Brint Electric does not do residential work so would not have been able to perform the work for you. I trust one of the many other electrical contractors in town were able to help with your residential needs.

  Very knowledgeable and very well trained electricians ...they also have an excavation division with several machines including a directional drilling machine... they do their own concrete work and utilize multiple trades and they are very big on supporting local suppliers.. they also own an LED company and they have the largest stock of LED fixtures in northwest Ohio

  Took a day off of work to have electrical contractors give me bids. Scheduled specific times to meet with each. Clegg called said he drove by (not at his scheduled time,) saw another electrical contractor at my house, and decided to pass on bidding the job. If they are not interested in the work, don't waste people's time by scheduling an appointment.

  Clarification: This is no longer Clegg Electric. Brint Electric purchased Clegg Electric's building only, not the business, in April 2016. You spoke to Clegg per your review.
