  Mike Brockner is very good. He installed our large television with care and expertise. Also, plugged in our sleep number bed which the movers had messed up. I think he is very skilled, knows what he is doing, quick, professional and charges reasonable price for his services. I am planning on using his services again very soon.It is very difficult to find good, trustworthy, skilled people to assist you as needed these days.Glad we found Mike. We would rate him as excellent.

  I called Mike to correctly redo my stair nosing on 15 stairs. He glued the nosing and had to come back within the next couple of days and re-glue all 15 again, because the glue did not bond very well with the stairs. He suggested that we stayed off of the stairs until the glue dried, which we did for two days. However, on five stairs the glue on the nosing did not bond to the stairs. For at least a week I tried reaching out to Mike and got no response. When he finally did respond, I told him about the five stairs, and he said he was done but he would return and nail in all 15 stairs for $35 per stair or NONE AT ALL, which would be an additional $525 to the total cost. It is important to note that he did correctly glue the nosing on all of the stairs, however there are five stairs that still need more adhesive. I used a box fan to dry the stairs as he suggested, but the nosing on the five stairs still has not bonded correctly. I appreciate Mike for replacing the nosing of my stairs, but I do not understand why he failed to follow through with the job, and his lack of consideration for my concerns. Very poor customer service in all.

  I needed a thermostat replaced, a shower head replaced, and the kitchen faucet replaced. Mike took care of the shower head and the thermostat. His assistant took care of the kitchen faucet. I was pleased with their work and looking forward to calling for future repairs.
