  I contacted Brookfield Licensed Electrician. I was provided with 2 options, both quotes in writing (they were drafted by Mayelin though she was not the electrician). The electrician told me he would arrive Friday to do the work. One that week, I called him Thursday night to reconfirm. He told me that it would cost more than the quote and that is how things work. Your company clearly states that the quote does not work that way. I called up Brookfleid electricians to discuss. No the quote doesn't work that way. They said they would look into it and never got back to me. Unacceptable.
