  The beginning experience with this company was hopeful. Joshua came out to examine the issue at my mother's home and said he would search for the part needed and followup if he could find it or if we would need to replace the entire box. We were in a desperate situation with no electricity. After a week of not hearing from Josh, my mother called and left a message with no return call. She then called the office and spoke with a female who she said she would followup with Josh. Til this day we still haven't received a return call. We ended up finding someone else that was more than willing to help and has provided exceptional service. If he wasn't interested in accepting the job he could have been professional enough to say so. We wasted a week waiting on him. Would never recommend.

  Getting in contact was easy, their process of setting up an appointment took a little time. They email you the price estimate and you accept or deny. They gave us an ETA, came out and did the work. No complaints here.

  I needed a temporary power pole installed and after meeting with Josh about what my plans were he submitted an estimate. After reviewing the estimate I contacted Josh and he scheduled the install date. He and his crew were on time and worked their way through some minor complications to get the job done. It's nice to know that there are still professionals who do what they say they're going to do. I'll be using Brooks Electric in the future and would definitely recommend!
