I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Complete waste of time, poor customer service, and from my experience- they clearly do not care about making sure their customers (or potential customers) are satisfied. My home warranty service is too booked up and had me contract out the work needed and they would reimburse me for the repairs. I did some research and called them based on their reviews compared to the Bardstown area. I had my girlfriend come to my house to let them in and provide them with my very specifically written directions as to what I needed them to look at. I told them to list it as a repair due to my home warranty reimbursement terms and conditions and that I would pay them by credit card (that way I could make sure my home warranty would reimburse me). They told her they couldn't do the repair and to call my home warranty and they would send someone out, then without even trying to contact me they left before my girlfriend could let me know what was going on. When I tried to call them immediately to let them know they don't have anything to do with my home warranty service and that I would pay them myself, they hung up on me or (benefit of the doubt) the call dropped and sent me to voicemail when I tried to call them back. Maybe they are a good company but this review is a good snapshot of their customer service and their care level for making sure their (potential) customers are satisfied.

I really apologize that you did not have our typical customer experience. And had you informed us at the time of the call that you were working with a home warranty company, we would have told you that we don’t work with them. I apologize for the confusion and this is something you need to take up with your home warranty company that you paid for. Unfortunately, the home warranty companies do this to numerous homeowners and we understand the frustration. Thank you for your feedback and have a great day!

Very professional and skilled at troubleshooting. Was dealing with a freon leak and was told by a different technician/contractor that it would cost me a 1000+ to replace a part that may or may not fix the problem. I called Brown’s and they were at my house within 2 hours and had it fixed in an hour and a half at 25% of what the other contractor quoted. We’ve had cool air ever since. Would highly recommend and contract again if needed in the future.

They had great service but on the same hand I'm very upset.. I had both the Unit outside and inside replaced back in mid to late 2018. The unit outside is on the same side of the house as the inside unit and on the other side of the wall is the inside unit. They did not replace the lines, there for last year the first time using the AC we had a Leak. They; free of charge, came out and fixed the leak which was supper awesome, BUT.. Now its that time of year for AC again and guess what?.. We have another leak.. Going to have to call and have this repaired Again.. Brand new unit and been having issues since day one. I have to keep resting the Unit all the time just to get it to work in the first place..
