  The bleach blonde woman at the front counter has the manors of a goat. I wasn't talking when I was told "Shut up and listen to me! I don't have that bulb and can't help you right now. Come back later!" No, I won't be back later. And if I talked to my customers like that, they wouldn't be back either. The two young men that were working behind the counter were also treated in a condescending manor. We can always learn from someone by example how not to treat people.

  A very nice lady answered questions over the phone and then did us a tremendous favor when the dog chewed through the remote cord for our new adjustable bed. THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT! Wonderful people and service and the wife and I truly do appreciate it.
