  Mr. Browning is very unprofessional. They come over to do a job and then say that they can't do it which is fine. I had another company come over and do the job. Then a month later I get an invoice in the mail for me to pay them even tho they didn't do anything. I told them that I'm not paying them due to they did nothing when they came out. I asked if they're was a service fee and I was told no. They bid by the job. So I called him. "Bruce Electric" and asked why I'm being billed. He then starts cussing and yelling at me then said he is going to bash me on social media. I told him that this is very unprofessional and if he continues then I will hang up the phone. He continued so I hung up. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Great communication and fantastic, honest service. They installed a chandelier in my 20 ft entryway and did a phenomenal job. I got a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Bruce Electric!

  These guys were prompt and on time. They spent all day out in 10-20 degree weather repairing my underground wire so I could have electricity. They kept me well informed every step of the way. I really appreciate the job they did.
