  Awesome company.... lightning hit a light pole knocking out our lights and in less than 1 and a half hours from the time I called in...it was fixed! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! They are a hard working group of people! Thank you so much!!! And thank you for working!!!

  I can't stand them I don't see how anyone could give them a good rating they cut you off before the sun even comes up I'm on pre-paid like a power stat but they've cut me off below freezing for being negative 1$ with kids in my house this is the only electric company that has ever done something so un-humane to people. Labeled the worst electric company in my book.

  Im going to give BEMC 5 stars because they do work hard to keep our power going, in some of the worst of times. They are constantly trimming trees, which help prevent outages. I really appreciate this. If you have a problem, just call. They try to get it taken care of as soon as possible. The office staff is great also. They are always ready to help you take care of any problems that arise. Highly recommend and Highly appreciate!
