  I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option. Billing notification is non-existing except for immediate disconnect threats, after 1 week! I'd gladly pay on time if they billed on-time or notified via mail or email. They're Horrible.

  I and my wife Kim give Tammy Burney 5 stars. I have talked to her twice by phone and she was knowledgeable, helpful and polite both times. It's great to know that there are still people that take pride in their jobs and are an outstanding example of customer service!
