  Eric and Andrew are awesome examples of what and how professionals should act. Early to the job PPE prepared and flexible as in relation to job performance. I have never heard of Bryant-Durham Service before but I will never forget them now..Thanks for everything guys

  Another local HVAC company told me as a new customer they couldn't do anything for me until late next week. I called Bryant-Durham and they said they could send out a tech the same day. He arrived early, fixed the unit, cleaned it and checked the freon. He was polite and my house was cooling again within an hour. Really great service!

  So far this company has rewired my house and replaced the HVAC system. They have been very friendly, Professional and helpful with their work. They called to followup as well to see how we liked their work. We had an issue with one outlet and they sent a repair person out 2 days later. He apologized for the inconvenience and quickly fixed the problem. I'm looking at another upgrade now to do with them.
