He was to have been here at 9AM today. Confirmed this since it is Sunday of a holiday weekend and he said, "Oh, I work 7 days a week." We changed our plans, waited and waited and called at 915, 1030 and no response and he never showed up. This was very disappointing, irresponsible, unreliable and RUDE.
