  Have to thank Buchanan Electric for another great job. The first was for an outdoor spot light and electrical outlets. Great job. The latest was for a Kholer whole home generator. Once again a great job. Your electricians were professional, friendly and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail top notch. I appreciated them letting me watch their work and they answered all my questions without hesitation or complaints. Would also like to thank you for the text messages keeping me updated on the work to be done. Thank you very much, great job! I would like to add, anyone needing electrical work, you should consider this company, they are amazing.

  Have called repeatedly over a period of 3 months. No one answers and the service says leave a message. I did but no more. If they can’t return a call I will find someone else. When Wes learned of our concerns we received an apology and potential explanation. We also received quick service and the technicians were quick, amiable and professional. All is now good. Hope they can get their answering service fixed.

This is why we have a second number listed on the voicemail. Which that number is the phone in my pocket, and you have not tried it...   Buchanan electric installed a whole home generator for my house. They also coordinated the subcontractors to complete the job, giving me the option of doing this myself. They were professional, followed all codes and inspections and were completely upfront. I would recommend them as a contractor for electrical needs.
