  I m writing this review and thank you letter because I want others to know what truly good people there are at Buckhalter Heating and Air. My A/C stopped working a week before family was coming to visit. The forecast was expected to be 85-90 degrees which would have been very uncomfortable for not only us but for our guests as well. Having made them aware of the situation, the management , parts and service team worked to do all they could to fit us in their schedule to have us up and running in just two days which was well before our company was scheduled to arrive. In today’s world, this is very impressive. My wife and I are most grateful to this company and the people who work there. The service was exceptional and everything was done at we believe was a very fair price. Special thanks to Chester. I have never met a more professional technician . Within a few minutes of talking to him you felt comfortable that he was so pleasant and that he not only knew what he was doing but took pride in his work and appearance.   We had a great experience getting our new A/C installed! Charles came out and gave us a quote on a new system and was very helpful answering any questions we had and recommending the best system for our home. A week later the crew came out and installed our new system just as scheduled. They are prompt, professional and experienced. We are so happy with our new A/C. Thank you! Will continue to use them in the future.

  This company was recommended to me by another real estate professional and I am very happy with my experience. They were able to schedule faster than I expected and had excellent communication at every turn. Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with; his calm, pleasant, friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of HVAC, and skill level put me at ease. This particular service was for the property of a real estate customer, but I trust this company and plan to use them when I replace the HVAC in my own house.
