  The people they sent to my mother’s home shorted out the new wiring and broke a valuable heirloom chandelier. She had asked for technicians experienced in handling antiques to hang the chandelier. They then expected payment for the time they spent in my mother’s home doing this damage. She is a senior citizen and this has been very distressful for her. We had to hire another electrician to finish the job.
