  My home warranty assigned Budget Electric to fix my whole house exhaust fan. They came out and said they didn’t specialize in it so would need to put in a transfer request. However, they never did and lied to the home warranty company stating it was my fault for not providing access to the unit. This resulted in several phone calls trying to correct the false information and a delay of 4 months before another contractor could be sent out. And by the way, this new contractor fixed my issue in less than 15 min. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.

  Irresponsible compnay! Not recommended! Their electrician didn't show up for my 10am appointment. I called the company for explanation, the receptionist said the appintment had a 2 hour time frame for the electrician to come. I waited two hours, the electrian still didn't show up. I called the company again, the receptionist said the electrician stuck at the previous job and rescheduled my appointment for later that evening. However, the electrician never came!
