  **DO NOT HIRE** Adam did a good job of selling his ability to do this project. His references checked out and reviews were good. His work was terrible. Not only does it look like it was done poorly it was actually done incorrectly and now has to be removed and reinstalled. Adam said he realized it was not his best work and needed a couple of days to rectify things. Several contractors looked at the work and said he does not know what he is doing and they would not let him touch it again. His email no longer works and I have not heard anything from him. I have reached out to home advisor for a resolution. If that is unsuccessful I have already contacted an attorney. ** DO NOT HIRE! **

  Was set up for an appointment at 11 for Friday, April 9, at my house. My husband was home, and I was at work. Three phone calls came across my desk with three voice-mail around 10:40 but as I am a teacher, I could not return them. When I was able to check at 11:10, I phoned back and told the estimator that the address he had been given was incorrect by one number. He was curt, rude, and abrupt and said that I had already cost him $100 by not meeting on time. It was now 11:19, but he refused to still come by for estimate. Prior to our actual conversation, I had already responded to his texts through Home Advisor, giving him the info, so we missed by minutes. When I called BUILDING BY HART, he answered and saud he was Adam, the boss. I expressed my disappointment at how he treated me and that we would not be doing business. I wonder how with his lack of professionalism that he has any customers. So sad. Jane Miller

  I called the business number, and the man who answered was rude. I said I was calling for an estimate for a couple of residential tasks. He immediately responded, "I don't do that kind of work. I only do light plumbing." As if I know the difference between "light" vs. "heavy" plumbing. I described the jobs to him (garbage disposal hook up and shutoff valve replacement), and asked if that was considered heavy or light. He said, "That's heavy plumbing, I don't do that kind of work." Then he hung up. Why bother having a business if you can't manage a 90 second conversation with a potential customer?
