  Joe and his guys are courteous and on time. On their first visit, they determined that the panel in our condo needed to be replaced. They were able to schedule us for a replacement later that week. On their second visit to install the panel, the guys arrived on time (two times in a row!) - they completed the job in about 5 hours. After they were done Joe followed-up by phone to ensure that everything was working correctly and that we were happy with their work. We would definitely use By the Bay again!

  These folks are great. Thorough, affordable, professional. Can't say enough good stuff about them. Very close to the island in Port Isabel.
