  I paid $149 for a service contract which was supposed to give a discount on parts and labor as well as waive the service fees. Before my appointment, the technician had the courtesy to call ahead. I asked him how much the cost would be and he informed me that the charges were going to be $350 just for a single dryer vent cleaning! This is after the discount and service fees were waived! The service fee would have been an additional $125! The price itself isn’t what really got me angry. I asked the salesman several times what the costs would be for the services I asked for and he wouldn’t tell me. The only fees I was told about were related to the cost of the contract. There was no transparency on charges, which there could have been considering that the dryer vent charges start at $325! I also trusted the salesmen due to the high rating for service done! There was only a single one star rating and it wasn’t over this but over a job not finished or done well.

  I was selling my unit and needed some minor electrical repair completed. I called six electricians before locating Byron Electrical Services, and none of them returned my call. Not only did I get to speak with someone immediately when I phoned, but I was also able to book an appointment within an acceptable time frame. My entire interaction with the professional was fantastic. They were prompt, competent, and able to adequately explain the job that needed to be done. I'll gladly call them again if I have any future electrical needs!

  The electrician from Byron Electrical Services did an incredible job for us of installing new outlet boxes and switches in our garage. He worked with great care throughout the project, from properly running the new power lines through the attic from the main panel to the other side of the garage, to selecting the locations for the installation of the metal quad boxes to the concrete block wall. The result was more than appealing. I’d use his services again in a heartbeat!
