  Where do I start? I came to their website and was not surprised in the least that this company has only 1 star! I had to give them 1 star to even be able to comment about their service. We own a home that needed some work done by our builder and c and b was the company Lennar chose for the work. First big mistake! There were several homes in our neighborhood that had the same work and now that we are in the process of selling our home, we found out that they dropped the ball and did not complete it by closing out the electrical permit. Our title company found out it had an open electrical permit. The contractor from C and B just “happens” to not remember doing work on our house when we got ours done at the same time our neighbors did! So when trying to resolve the issue with them and several phone calls later, they are still unsatisfactory in their service. We told them that we NEED this to be done so that we can close on our house on the scheduled date. They had plenty of time and and we were told by Carla that this would be completed and taken care of! Here we are 1 week before we close and this has not been done! My husband had to go to the city hall in St. Cloud to pay for the inspection to be done so that we will be able to close! This is ridiculous and unsatisfactory. None of this was our fault! As you can tell, we are livid. Especially for the fact that we were told that they would take care of the issue! Today, I tried calling several times to speak to their office again and they have their calls going to an answering service. Of course! I would highly recommend staying away from this unprofessional unsatisfactory company!

  They wired my home, they no longer service it. I was asked if the home was built before 2012, I said yes. They no longer service homes built before 2012. Guess it’s time to take the sticker off.
