  WARNING! WARNING! Please Do Not Use This Business AT ALL CARL Duncan told my neighbor his version of what happen when his man came out here. He told her He was the one to come to my house to do the survey but it wasn't him it was his worker. Very unprofessional. No neighbor should have been told about our transaction. Again I would state if Mr. Duncan felt like he done a good job when I asked him to come back out here to make sure the marking were correct it shouldn't have been a problem and I would pay him his $100 fee, he wouldn't refused if he didn't have anything to hide or another reason. You told my neighbor my business with the neighbor. So Mr. Duncan I will keep on exposing you until something happens because you the kind of person doesn't need to be in business. I will be also contacting my lawyer to see what are my options. So If You Looking For A Surveyor Do Not Use Him especially if you ............... Going by someone else opinion about you is so misleading and undeserving when I paid you my hard earn money. It's said to see people quote Bible versus and they don't live by it.

  As stated in her previous review, she is mis-stating what happened. She wanted us to do move the line and we refused. She wanted us to re-mark the lines even though you could clearly see the lines were marked in the photo see emailed. We did not discuss any private matters with the neighbor. we only shared that we had worked on her job and that she was writing untrue and inaccurate reviews. I only respond to add clarity to this review since it is full of inaccurate statements.

  Very fast response on my request for a property boundary survey. Affordable price and Carl accommodated my request to mark the easement and 2 other points for a fence. Surveyor was punctual and explained the process. He walked me through the marks when he was finished and dealt with some challenges with a missing pin.

  Do Not Use this Company!! If I could give them no stars I would. I been out of work due to an injury. Dealing with a problem neighbor about the property line. I called Mr. Duncan and I felt at the time he will do the job and do it right until the day of my survey. His worker came my house and it was raining. He explained to me if it started raining harder he would have to stop and come back another day. I had to leave for an appointment so I went on a paid the worker. Wrong thing to do until you are completely satisfied. Before I left the worker explained that he might have to leave because it was raining harder and he was having a problem reading the line on the side of the problem neighbor. What I found out from a neighbor that works from is what I thought happened because of what I saw when I arrived back home. Either the worker didn't put the tags were they suppose to or my neighbor moved the tags over. What Mr Duncan didn't know i have the plot sheet from chesterfield county and what was done didn't match. I called him to ask could his worker could come back he told me it would be $100 fee which i didn't mind paying. He told me they were to busy after i told him i would pay it. Didn't hear anything back from him so I had my friend to call him and her told my friend i didn't agree to pay the fee but my former neighbor was at house and heard the conversation. He still refuyse to answer our call and/ or come out here to make sure the tags were done right. I heard this neighbor was outside talking to his worker. And don't need to say anymore because i'm pretty sure you all can read in between the lines. My neighbor confirmed everything that took placed Mr Duncan my money wasn't good not for the survey to be done right because if you didn't have anything to hide you would have came to my house or send your worker back to make sure. This neighbor is so crazy it the neighbor from hell. Since then my windshield has been cracked on my suv and a big Screen scratched was keyed on my suv as well. My no trespassing signs disappears. Thank you Mr. Duncan for taking my money and not giving the service I deserved. Why would I being willing to pay you to come back and verify the tags you put down....you sound crazy just like the neighbor. If you didn't have anything to hide you would have came back out. Plus I had someone else to come out to verify the markings and you were off. Which I forget to mention.

  All of the above is inaccurate. You could clearly see from the photos we shared with her that the lines was clearly marked and in accordance with the recorded plat. She wanted us to move the line to where she wanted it. We declined. We have had no further contact with the client.
