  I bought a fixer upper back in 2018 and all the remodeling has been accomplished by Cody’s Home Improvement. Most recent being this February 2022. I’m talking I had a hole in my outside wall the previous owner cut trying to create a dog door. Cody came and made the hole disappear as if it were never there. Straight perfection! From my outside home being painted, kitchen remodeled, cabinets, canned lighting and trim throughout the whole house he has done it all for me. For being so well priced and accommodating I will continue to use him for future projects to come. Upon meeting Cody I learned he is a Air Force Combat Vet with a eye for attention to detail. Very Happy, 10/10 Would Recommend!!!

  I had C.H.I do a complete master bath remodel and am extremely happy with the end result. Every person we interacted with both in the company and its outsourced specialists (i.e plumber, electrician, etc) were professional, friendly and responsive. I will definitely be hiring them again for all projects big or small.
