  Called them to get a generator install quote today. Chris answered the phone, I gave my name and said I was looking for a generator install quo..... he hung up. I don't block my number and since he didn't call back, I'm left to guess they are either too busy, have no phone connection anymore or just don't care.

  I have a small business and needed service for an panel issue, circuits were dead. The technician found a loose wire in the service and made the repair.
