I have used C & R Electric for several jobs around my house. They wired lights in my attic, wired outlets and switches to control my fountain in the summer and heat tape in the winter, as well as a wired a power strip for my work bench. They have even re-wired an old light fixture purchased at a garage sale. Dustin and his team have always been prompt, courteous, and do great work at a fair price. I will continue to use and recommend C & R Electric for all of my electrical needs.

I called these guys to switch out 8 exterior lights on my house. There were anomalies with the mounting hardware on two of the lights. One of them the holes on the mounting plate didn't align with the holes on the wall plate. So instead of switching out the wall box, they went ahead and installed it using wood anchor screws. During the first snow fall, the light fell off the wall. When I called them to complain, they sent out another technician I had to explain to him how to properly secure the fixture to the wall and then they had the nerve to charge me another service charge. When I finally got through to the manager, he apologized and cancelled it. However, he apparantly forgot to tell anyone else in the company because a month later, I received a collection notice from them. I had to spend another half a day on the phone to finally reach the manager again, who agreed it was another mistake and finally straightened it out. Then just this week, I noticed what looked like stucco bubbling under one of the lights. It was high up on the building, so I hadn't noticed it before. When I got up there on a ladder, I saw again the shoddy workmanship of the original light install. The mounting screws were half out, there was no caulking around the base plate and water had intruded into the large gap left between the the light baseplate and the wall. Instead of calling C&R back, I decided to fix it myself with the proper size mounting screws and caulking the base plate. It is now completely water tight. I guess the service guys they sent over figured they could do a shoddy job as it was high up on the building and no one would see. Now I have to get the stucco repaired also. I would never call these hack electricians for anything ever again.

We just purchased a home in Hailey 2 months ago, and found we had a gremlin in the master bathroom wiring lol. We called C&R and Dustin fit us in at the end of his day, he chased down the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable, and personable! It was a quick fix and he didnt even charge us, we will be calling him back to wire a hot tub soon!! Thanks Dustin!
